This Privacy Policy for California Residents (this “Policy”) supplements The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) requires specific disclosures for California residents and provides the right to request information about how ContractorETA collects, uses, and discloses your personal information. It also gives you the right to access your information and request that ContractorETA. delete that information. Finally, the CCPA provides the right to not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. Please note that ContractorETA. does not sell any personal information and does not disclose any personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.When we say “personal information” in this Policy, we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you. Personal information does not include information that is aggregated or that cannot be reasonably linked to you.

1. Collection of Personal Information

We collect the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as your username, the email address you used to sign up, and your phone number if you’ve chosen to provide it); internet or other network information (how you interact with the ContractorETA website or app); location information (because your IP address may indicate your general location); inference data about you (for example, what content you may be interested in); and other information that identifies or can be reasonably associated with you. 2. Disclosure of Personal Information

To provide the services or features offered by ContractorETA (“Services”), we must process information about you, including personal information. We do not sell any of your personal information, and we never will. We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of ContractorETA except in the following cases:

  • With your consent. We may share information outside of ContractorETA when we have your consent.

  • For external processing. We may provide information to trusted third-party processors, based on our instructions and in compliance with this Policy, our Privacy Notice, and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

  • For legal reasons. We may share information outside of ContractorETA. if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
    -comply with applicable law or governmental request;
    -enforce applicable agreements, including investigation of potential violations;
    -detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; or
    -protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of ContractorETA, our employees or users, and the public as required or permitted by law.

3. No Sale of Personal Information

The CCPA sets forth certain obligations for businesses that sell personal information. We do not sell the personal information of our users. We do share information as outlined in our Privacy Notice, and you can make choices with respect to your information as outlined therein and in this Policy.

4. Exercising Your CCPA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request (1) more information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected and disclosed for a business purpose in the last 12 months, (2) the deletion of your personal information, and (3) to opt out of sales of your personal information, if applicable. To exercise your rights under the CCPA, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us via email to hi@ContractorETA.com. We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your rights under the CCPA.

5. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at our discretion and at any time. The date this Policy was last updated is identified at the top of this page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this Policy to check for any changes. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
