Homeowners nowadays expect to be able to track everything - rides, packages, so why not contractors?
In a recent survey, 66% of customer complaints about contractors had to do with scheduling issues, the majority due to contractors not arriving when expected.
How It Works
ContractorETA integrates with the pro's CRM / Scheduler.
We send auto texts to the client to increase visibility into the pro's delays and real location.
On The Way Text
-
The app tracks when you leave the previous appointment which triggers one of two types of the 'On The Way' text.
-
If you'll be on time to the next appointment (assuming you drive straight, since the app tracks traffic), the text that is sent is 'On The Way', with the tracking link and ETA.
-
If you will be late (even if you drive straight), the text that is sent is 'On The Way - Running Late', with the link to track and ETA.
Delay Text
-
If you don't leave the previous appointment in time and will definitely be late, we send the 'Delay' text. Since there's no way for us to know the length of the delay, it's an apologetic text with no ETA, notifying the client that he's at the previous appointment and that we will update once he leaves. Once he leaves the appointment, the OnTheWay text is sent.
-
Once the On The Way text is sent, if the app sees he hasn't moved in 10 minutes (lunch, Home Depot, etc) a '10 Minutes Not Moving' text is sent.
Arrival Text
-
Once you arrive at the client's location, an 'Arrival' text is sent, reducing back and forth communication.
Already have Fleet Tracking?
That's a great start - but we offer so much more.
Our auto-texts are sent to your customers so they can track your trucks efficiently, massively improving client satisfaction.
Reporting
Weekly business intelligence reports are sent to the account owner, alerting you to which employees are late to jobs and how often, so you can optimize your operations.
